We will not be held responsible for any stolen information obtained through third party servers. We may use third-party analytical servers such as Google. They provide analytical services to help futrther advance technologies such as cookies, web beacons, etc... Information collected may be and distributed to these and like analytical providers as well as other relevant third parties through our service site.

b. Your Personal Galleries.

E Photography WC, Misty Gasper, will not share, distriubute, sell, rent, etc...any photos paid for by a client. These photos are property of E Photography until purchased, but will not be by any means used publically without written consent of the client. When children are under 18 years of age a parent's permission must be given for any/all photos taken.
